The EDGE Launch My Pilot

Dealer Pilot Program

The Most Expensive Lead Is the Customer Who Doesn’t Come Back.

The EDGE is a patented flat utility platform — QR-enabled, custom-branded, designed to live in the customer’s vehicle for years. It gives your team a trackable physical path to service, referrals, reviews, and follow-up after delivery. Start with a controlled 50- or 100-unit pilot.

From the Founder

Before You Decide, Look at the Numbers.

Lead costs. Conversion rates. Digital spend that fatigues when it is not continually fed. Retention value after the sale. Two minutes on why dealers are testing The EDGE as a physical, QR-ready return path after delivery.

The math behind why dealers are testing this as a post-delivery return path.

The Gap

Most stores know what they spend to bring a customer in. Fewer know what keeps that customer coming back.

Lead sources, CRM tasks, email campaigns, retargeting, service reminders, and loyalty programs all have a role. The problem is that most of them depend on the customer engaging after they leave.

The EDGE puts a high-value, physical, QR-ready touchpoint in the customer’s vehicle. Your team gets a trackable path to service, referrals, reviews, offers, and follow-up. The customer gets a practical winter utility tool with enough everyday value to keep in the vehicle all year.

Why It Works

The EDGE gives your team three things most follow-up programs don’t.

01

A physical touchpoint after delivery.

Most post-sale systems depend on the customer opening, clicking, logging in, or paying attention. The EDGE sits in the vehicle as a practical tool with your branding and QR return paths attached.

What stays with your customer after they leave the store?

02

A trackable path back to action.

QR links can route customers to service, referrals, reviews, offers, inventory, trade-in pages, or campaign-specific destinations. That gives your team a measurable path from product handoff to customer action.

Can your current post-sale tools show where the customer went next?

03

A low-friction way to prove the case.

Start with 50 or 100 units. Test the customer handoff, staff workflow, QR destinations, and early response before allocating budget to a larger winter rollout.

Why guess at rollout value when you can test it first?

Launch My Pilot

Test the handoff, QR paths, and customer response with 50 or 100 units.

One service return can change the math.

At $20.50/unit, a single $250 service-lane return pays for 12 of the 50 units in a Starter Pilot. One referred purchase covers four more. A review that converts a future buyer adds more still.

The pilot does not need to work for every customer. It needs to work for enough of them.

Pre-Season Pilot Window

Prove the Program Before Winter Forces the Rollout.

Spring and summer are the right time to test the handoff, QR return paths, staff workflow, and customer response before winter demand tightens production timelines.

Start with 50 or 100 units now. If the pilot proves the case, larger seasonal orders can be planned before inventory, budget, and delivery windows become harder to manage.

Production takes up to 50 days from artwork approval. Orders confirmed before August 15 ship before October 15 — giving your team time to deploy before the first hard freeze.

Choose Your Pilot Size

The unit price is the same at either size. The difference is scope: 50 units gives your team a focused test; 100 units gives you a stronger read before planning a larger winter rollout.

Pilot Qty Unit Price Subtotal Due Before Production Best Fit
Starter Pilot 50 $20.50 $1,025 $352.50 + tax One department, campaign, or use case
Recommended Pilot 100 $20.50 $2,050 $455.00 + tax Delivery, service, VIP, referral, review, or mixed-use deployment

Due before production includes a 10% product deposit plus $250 shipping collected before production. Shipping is reconciled at shipment. Any balance is invoiced or credited.

Production timeline: Branded pilot orders are guaranteed to ship no later than 50 days after written artwork approval and deposit payment are received.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes. Email admin@edge.store and we will arrange a sample delivery. We would rather you feel confident about the product before starting a pilot than have doubts after.

What do the QR codes look like on the product?

The QR code is printed directly on the branded face during production — same print run as the logo. Size, placement, and shape are reviewed during the artwork proof stage. Each QR can be routed to a different destination with tracking if needed.

Is there a minimum commitment beyond the pilot?

No. The pilot is self-contained. No obligation to reorder. If it proves the case, larger seasonal orders are available at discounted per-unit rates. If it does not, you have a clear answer at minimal cost.

Production and non-cancellation terms

Production begins only after written artwork approval and deposit payment are received.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order is non-refundable and may not be cancelled, backed out, or withdrawn. The product is custom-produced for the dealership and committed to the production schedule.

Changes requested after production begins may require additional cost or a revised timeline.

Branded pilot orders are guaranteed to ship no later than 50 days after written artwork approval and deposit payment are received.
